In addition to sitcom spots, Penn & Teller will also have a presence on the sea later this year. Starting in late October, the cruise line Virgin Voyages will have a show on one of their ships, the Brilliant Lady, called The Tricksters: Inside Penn & Teller’s Vault.
The Tricksters is a magic troupe that includes David Corsaro, Matt Donnelly, Vinny Grosso, Jacob Jax, Krystal Lawrence, Jessica Jane Peterson, and Alex Ramon. Two Tricksters will be on each cruise where they will perform their own acts as well as a Penn & Teller tribute show, where they mix in classic Penn & Teller routines with their own material.
The short explainer for the show sums up the experience nicely: “Penn & Teller handed their most iconic routines to The Tricksters, magicians they actually trust. The rest of the show? That’s on them. Inexplicably Authorized and Dangerously Unsupervised.”
The first sailing featuring The Tricksters is October 29, 2026, from Los Angeles to Miami (via the Panama Canal). As of now, the last sailing ends in Los Angeles on April 11, 2027.
