How do I sign into My Account?
- Click SIGN IN in the menu. On desktop, it’s next to SUBSCRIBE. On mobile, tap on '☰' and then SIGN IN.
- Submit your email.
- Check your inbox to complete the sign in process.
- Click on the account icon (look for your name) to see My Account
How do I access the Genii Digital (Genii Archive)?
To enjoy the Genii Digital archive, you need to have a paid subscription. You can access it through your desktop browser or using the Genii app.
Desktop: Got to geniimagic.com and sign in to your account (see: How do I sign into My Account). Once you are signed in, click on ARCHIVE (top of the screen).
Genii App: Go to the app (see: how to download app) and enter the email associated with your paid subscription. Check your inbox and follow instructions to complete sign in.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes, they can if you wish! Sign in to My Account (see: How do I sign in to My Account). Click on GENII SUBSCRIPTIONS. Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. Scroll down to see all options. Click on SAVE CHANGES.
Note that Youth Subscription is not eligible for auto renew.
Why can’t I add a subscription to my order?
Our system only allows one subscription to be purchased at a time, because each subscription is associated with an individual email. If you can’t add a subscriptiont to your cart, check to make sure you don’t have one in your cart already. If one is there, simply remove it and then you can choose a different type. If you continue with problems, don’t hesitate to contact our office. We’ll be happy to help.

How can subscribers visit The Magic Castle?
Each Genii subscriber is entitled to one visit per year to The Magic Castle for themselves and up to three guests. To set it up, contact The Magic Castle in advance to make reservations. Note that some restrictions do apply, and visits are subject to availability. (Sorry, but Friday and Saturday night reservations are not available.) Contact the reservations desk at (323) 851-3313 for more information. When visiting, the club’s rules apply, so be sure to visit the website for details.
How do I change my magazine delivery address?
Sign in to My Account (see: How do I sign in to My Account). Click on GENII SUBSCRIPTIONS. Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION. Look for DELIVERY ADDRESS and click on EDIT. Click on SAVE CHANGES after making any updates.
Does Genii offer refunds?
Unforunately, no. Like all magic, once the secret is sold you can’t return it.
Is Genii appropriate for all ages?
Absolutely. You won’t see anything in Genii you wouldn’t see in a PG-rated movie. We have a discounted Youth Subscription for Genii Digital specifically for readers aged 14-24 years. Save 35%! Some rules apply. See page for details.
