The $100 Challenge

We gave $100 to the California-based magician Isha and asked her to buy any tricks she wanted to take for a test drive.

Isha, who is currently going into her senior year of high school, has been doing magic for about seven years and has been a member of The Magic Castle’s Junior program for four. As well as attending the regular meetings, she performs in The Palace as a Junior and is currently working on a close-up act. Onstage she does mentalism and is exploring adding more comedy and character to the act, with a persona she describes as having “Wednesday Adams vibes.”
