GENII, THE CONJURORS’ MAGAZINE was founded in 1936 by William Larsen, Sr., and is now published by Genii Enterprises, LLC. It is the longest-running independent magazine devoted to magic. In 2026, Will Houstoun became executive editor, taking over from Jim Steinmeyer, who led GENII through a transition year when longtime editor, Richard Kaufman, retired in 2024.
